If you weren't able to download from server, I fixed your rights a bit, so now it should be OK.
If you ask about workability of the browsers - we try to test all the software in files catalog to be in working condition. I tested that browser too, it works for me.
If you ask about updates to the browser as a software - Cowon quite fast "forgets" about their older gadgets, so I don't think there are any updates.
